My name is Larry Vaughn. I’ve  been married to my best friend Marie for forty-two years, and we have three daughters and eleven grandchildren. We tried the empty-nest thing, but it wasn’t for us. We like having a house full of happy children.

Now that our daughter Jennifer and her four children live with us, we are back in the kid-raising business. Being around these youngsters is keeping us young, and we are enjoying seeing the world afresh through their young eyes. We are a family of seven, enjoying life on eight acres of land just outside of Memphis, Tennessee.

We are a homeschooling family, and that makes our home a very busy place. But it’s a happy place and a fun place to be. Jennifer teaches them the academic stuff. Marie teaches them practical things about life, and I get to teach them about God and the Bible.

Over  the past thirty-five years, I have compiled (what I consider to be) the most useful and informative verses in the Bible. I collected more than 1100 of these verses, classified them according to subject, added an explanation for each one, and that is now The Bible Believer’s Handbook.

The Bible Believer’s Handbook was written for new Bible readers. It is an excellent resource for home school kids and their parents. It explains basic concepts from the Bible that every Christian needs to know.  It is a spiritual toolbox that contains Bible verses you can use in everyday life. I hope you enjoy it.
