Just before he ascended to heaven, Jesus gave us this commandment, known as The Great Commission:
“All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore and teach all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:” (Matthew 28:18-19)
But he didn’t stop there. He went on to add this additional provision:
“Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.” (Matthew 28:20)
The Apostles did their part. You and I and countless millions of others are the result of their faithfulness to the Lord. Now it’s our turn to help fulfill The Great Commission. But, before we can teach others to do the things that Jesus commanded us to do, we have to find out what they are. What exactly are those things that Jesus commanded us to do?
That’s where The Bible Believer’s Handbook comes in. It is focused on teaching the Lord’s commandments. It explains more than eleven hundred Bible verses that have to do with this subject. These are some of the most useful and informative verses in the Bible, essential verses that every Christian needs to know to live a life that is pleasing to God.
